Vehicle Spray Painting
Full respray or single panel, mixed to your VIN paint code and baked in a down-draught booth so there's nothing in the clear but clear.
Est. in the booth · Auto Customs
Panel beating, rust repair and booth-finished paint that gets colour-matched to the factory code — then cut, polished and handed back looking better than the showroom.
What we do
From a supermarket trolley ding to a full colour change — same booth, same obsessive prep, same finish. Pick your damage.

Full respray or single panel, mixed to your VIN paint code and baked in a down-draught booth so there's nothing in the clear but clear.

Bent metal pulled back to factory lines on the jig — not filled and hidden.

Cut it out, weld new steel in, seal it properly. Rust painted over always comes back.

Multi-stage machine correction that lifts swirls, oxidation and wash marks out of the clear coat.

Cracked, scuffed or hanging off — plastic welded, re-textured and sprayed to blend.

Small damage, small bill. Paintless dent removal where the paint's still good, spot repair where it isn't.

The fun end of the shop. Two-tone roofs, gloss-black de-chroming, wheel refinishing, liveries, body kits and one-off ideas you sketched on a serviette.
The difference
Dead, oxidised, swirled-to-hell paint on the left. Cut, polished and sealed on the right. Grab the handle.

How it runs
You'll know the price before we touch a spanner, and you'll know where your car is every day it's with us.
Photos on WhatsApp or roll in for a look. We quote off what we can see and flag anything that might hide underneath.
Panels off, damage assessed properly, metal straightened, rust cut out. Prep is 80% of a paint job and it's where most shops cheat.
Colour mixed to your paint code, sprayed, baked and blended into the neighbouring panels so there's no edge to find.
De-nibbed, machine-polished, reassembled and washed. You get the car back cleaner than you left it.
Why Gear Up
Anyone can lay paint. Getting it to still look right in three years is prep, product and patience — and that's the whole business.
Out of the booth
Paint, metal, polish and the odd project that got completely out of hand.

Word of mouth
Someone keyed the whole passenger side of my A4. I honestly expected to see the repair forever. You cannot find it. Not in the sun, not at any angle.
The arches on my Hilux were bubbling badly. They cut it all out and welded new steel instead of just filling it. Two winters later, still perfect.
Booked in for a bumper scuff, walked out with a gloss-black de-chrome as well because they showed me the mock-up. Zero regrets. Car looks mean.
Ten-year-old black paint full of swirl marks. After their cut and polish it looks wet. People keep asking if I resprayed it.
Handled the whole insurance side for me. I sent photos on a Monday, dropped it Tuesday, had it back Friday. Photos every single day.

Straight answers
A bumper scuff or a couple of dents is usually 1–2 days. A single panel respray runs 2–3 days. Full resprays and heavy collision work are 1–3 weeks depending on parts. You get a realistic date up front — and daily photos so you can see it moving.
Yes. We mix to your VIN paint code, then spray out a test card and check it against the real panel in daylight — because paint fades on the car and a code alone isn't enough. Then we blend into the adjacent panels so there's no hard edge to spot.
We do, and we'll talk to the assessor directly. Bring your claim number. If you'd rather keep it off your record, we'll quote it as private work and you can compare against your excess before deciding.
Often, yes — that's paintless dent repair. If the paint isn't cracked or stretched we work the metal back from behind and your original factory finish stays on the car. It's faster, cheaper and better for resale.
Never leave it. Rust spreads under paint and every month it costs more. We cut the affected steel out completely, weld in new metal, seal the cavity and refinish. Filling over rust just hides it until it comes back through — we won't do that.
Two-tone roofs, racing stripes, gloss-black de-chroming, wheel colour changes, body kits, bonnet vents, liveries and full colour changes. If it's legal and it can be sprayed or fabricated, bring us the idea and we'll mock it up before committing.
Five years on workmanship, in writing on your invoice. If our paint lifts, peels or our repair fails, it comes back in and we sort it out. Stone chips and someone else's shopping trolley are, sadly, not on us.
